Hiring funnel diagnosis for continuous-hiring operations

Which stage of your hiring loses the most people?

If that takes more than a minute to answer, it is usually not the stage you would guess. The First 100 Days Teardown maps nine stages from application through day 100, quantifies every drop-off in people and in dollars, and hands you a ranked list of what to fix first.

Fixed scope. $8,500. Delivered 30 days from data access.

De-identified records only, never names or resumes
Fixed scope, no retainer, no software sold

Why the number is hard to find

Most hiring reporting stops at the word hired.

Which is the one point in the process where the cost has already been paid and the value has not yet arrived. Everything expensive happens on either side of that word, and almost none of it is measured.

01 / VISIBILITY

A hire is not a start

Someone who accepts and never works a shift counts as a hire. So does someone who leaves on day nine. Both improve your cost per hire and both cost you real money.

02 / TIMING

The gap before day one

Between an accepted offer and a first shift sit screening, paperwork, and scheduling. Every day in that window is a day the person is still answering someone else's calls, and it appears in no report.

03 / ATTRIBUTION

Your best source may be your worst

Ranked by hires, your channels fall into one order. Ranked by who is still working at day 100, the order usually changes, and so does where the budget should go.

How it works

A diagnosis with a defined finish line.

Scoping and data request

One 60 minute call to define the role, the stages, and your real cost inputs. You then pull a defined, de-identified export covering twelve months.

The analysis

I build the stage model, compute conversion and survival at every step, and price each loss against your own cost of advertising, staff time, screening, onboarding, and unfilled shifts.

Readout and fix list

Within 30 days of usable data you receive the written teardown and a 90 minute readout with your leadership team.

What you receive

A number for every stage, and an order to fix them in.

Stage map

The whole funnel, measured

Conversion at all nine stages, with the two intervals almost nobody tracks: offer to first shift, and first shift to day 100.

Loss ledger

Every drop-off in dollars

Each loss sized in people and in cost, built from your actual inputs rather than an industry average, and classified as process, timing, or market.

About Posi Project

High volume hiring measurement, applied to operations that never had it.

Posi Project is an independent practice built on years of running strategy and operations for hiring funnels at national scale, where throughput was the constraint and every stage had to be measured, instrumented, and defended.

Most continuously hiring operations have never had that discipline applied to them. Not because the people are careless, but because the reporting was built to count hires rather than to find where the hires go. That gap is the entire reason this practice exists.

Every teardown is built from your own de-identified records and your own cost inputs. No industry averages are substituted for your numbers, and no engagement ends with a recommendation to buy software.

Posi Project does not serve delivery platforms, gig marketplaces, last-mile logistics, restaurants, grocery, convenience retail, or any business presenting a conflict with the founder’s employment obligations.

Request a teardown

Start with the number you cannot currently answer.

Of the people you hired six months ago, how many are still working today? Tell me what you hire and where the process feels uncertain, and I will tell you honestly whether a teardown would find anything worth $8,500.
